Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched from our partner fulfillment centers inside the United States within 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to the contiguous United States, with no minimum. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, PO boxes or outside the United States.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking link when your order is dispatched. You can also open the order status page from your order confirmation email.

Returns and cancellations

What is the return window?

30 days from delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Cat trees and other large items must be unassembled, or taken apart and repacked in the original packaging with all hardware. See the Return and refund policy for the full conditions.

What if an item arrives damaged or a part is missing?

Email support@whiskerwilds.com with your order number and photos. Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery, and defects or missing parts within 30 days. We send the missing part, replace the item or refund it, at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge before the order is dispatched. Email support@whiskerwilds.com with your order number as soon as possible. See the Cancellation policy.

Products

Do I need to assemble it?

Most cat trees, condos and wall shelves arrive flat-packed with the hardware and instructions needed to put them together. Each product page says whether assembly is needed.

Will it hold my cat?

Each product page lists the dimensions and, where one is provided, the weight limit for platforms, perches and hammocks. If a limit is not listed, email us before ordering and we will check.

Will it fit my space?

Every product page lists the assembled size in inches. Our Size guide explains how to measure your room, window or wall before you order.

Payment and support

Which payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Shop Pay. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is calculated at checkout.
