Track your order

When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link from the carrier. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase and delivered in 3–7 business days.

To check an order: open your order confirmation email and select View your order. The order status page shows the current step and, once the order is on its way, the tracking number. Large items such as tall cat trees may arrive in more than one box, each with its own tracking number.

If you have not received a shipping email within 3 business days, or tracking has not updated for 5 days, email support@whiskerwilds.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. Customer support: 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
